PUTRAJAYA, Sept 28 — Interstate travel is expected to be allowed from next month based on data after 90 per cent of Malaysia’s adult population have been fully vaccinated, says National Recovery Council (NRC) chairman, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
